Ear Seeds and
Auricular Acupuncture

In addition to the body there are many acupuncture points on the ear, this is called auricular acupuncture. Ear seeds are a good way to elongate the effects of acupuncture and can provide ongoing treatment at home. These can be left on for a few days and can be massaged a few times a day to receive benefit.
